Course content
This course is about understanding the fundamentals of making delicious filter coffee and how brew ratio, grind size and brew time affect your cup. For the tastiest brews, we’ll also look at water and explore how it influences the clarity and flavour of your coffee.
From our SCA-accredited trainers, you’ll learn the recipes and best techniques for brewing great coffee consistently with the French Press, V60 and Aeropress. Tasting and discussing your brews as we go, from technique to sensory, coffee will never be the same!
