Course content
In this course you’ll learn the fundamentals of pulling great shots, looking at all the elements from espresso recipes to adjusting your grinder for better results. Gaining hands-on experience on home espresso machines, you’ll work on our Sage Barista Pros throughout the course.
Looking at milk steaming technique, you’ll learn how to achieve glossy, microfoam milk for drinks such as flat whites and cappuccinos, alongside some latte art practise too, just for fun! We’ll finish the course with a Q&A session about coffee, espresso machines and any other questions you may have.
